Geelong West Café Care Connect

Café Care Connect is a support program for people caring for an elderly person or someone who has dementia to enjoy some social activities together in a supportive and welcoming environment.

It provides opportunities for carers and those they are caring for to join in a regular café style support group and enjoy delicious homemade food, information, lively conversation and fun activities.

It is an opportunity for people to meet others in a similar situation, share their experiences and make new friendships along the way.
